We recently had our deck built by Coastal Outdoor and they absolutely exceeded our expectations! The finished product is beautiful! Even better than we imagined. The team was professional, hardworking, and showed great attention to detail throughout the entire process. Even helping us address a couple additional issues we encountered along the way. We couldn’t be happier and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for quality work and excellent service!

Brandon’s team put a large deck with ramp on my mother’s house - I can’t say enough positive remarks about the experience, start to finish.  Brandon was thorough in listening to our needs when he made the design.  The crew were efficient, respectful, and talented.

These guys are great.  Very responsive and detail oriented.  Pricing is fair and reasonable.  Issues and question are handled immediately and in a completely satisfactory manner.  We use them for all of or repairs and improvements!

Brandon and team were remarkably helpful for my backyard patio project!

Price was fair, responsiveness was truly unbelievable, and work was superb. Through the project we had a couple of minor requests which were adhered to immediately. Brandon was easy to reach and completely understanding.

This was a complex job with a patio across a sloped area, so steps and earth-grading was involved. It was also a broken flagstone vs paver job which is much more difficult and many companies will not do. Overall it turned out perfect and we cannot say enough good things about the job Brandon and his team did. You will not be disappointed!

Brandon and his team did a fantastic job on our deck!! Brandon was persistent in making sure the county moved through all of the approvals for our permit. He had to pay them a visit a few times because they weren’t being responsive.  That’s top notch. His crew did a fantastic job and when there were a few hiccups, he jumped on them without hesitation and did not let his guys leave without making sure we were 100% satisfied with the end product. We received 6 quotes for our deck! Brandon’s was by far the best in value and quality. We love supporting small businesses and when we build our next home, we will be calling him again!

We had a fantastic experience with Brandon and his crew from Coastal Outdoor Spaces! We hired them to build a new patio and fireplace in our backyard after meeting with several other companies. Right from the beginning, Brandon stood out from the competition. He was very responsive and set up a meeting with us in less than a week. Relative to the other companies we met with, we felt like they had a superior vision for the design and would be mindful of the water drainage issues in our yard. We live in the Chesapeake Bay critical area and needed guidance on the permitting process. Not only did Brandon expertly handle that process for us, he was extremely timely in his submissions of all the documentation needed. We never had to ask when he was going to follow up on the next step because it was done and communicated to us before we even thought to ask! The level of customer service was second to none.

Once our permits were back, the work was scheduled quickly and the crew worked hard every day ensuring that our patio and fireplace would be to our specifications. Brandon came by every day and was always happy to answer questions.  He went above and beyond to make sure we were happy customers! His crew also took a lot of pride and care in their work. They made adjustments to the landscaping to make it even more beautiful and functional for our space. The crew did an amazing job and were so friendly and helpful.

Our project was finished on time, even with inclement weather that delayed construction for a couple of days. We are so thrilled with the result and would highly recommend Brandon and his company to anyone! He will be our first call for any additional work we need completed!

In 2021, Brandon and his crew designed and built an amazing 18'x24' screened porch. It's an incredible space. We use it nearly year-round. When we decided to add a patio we knew we wanted Brandon to design and install it. We never shopped it around with other builders. Why mess with success? We now have an amazing 1800 sq ft Travertine patio we expect to use regularly. He also added a new flagstone front walkway and accent lights that illuminate our home at nights. Highest marks to Brandon and his crew.

We could tell upon meeting Brandon that we would have a good, collaborative experience designing and executing our vision for our new backyard patio. Brandon listened to our ideas and used them to create a perfect backyard setting. He creatively helped us address issues of concern, such as water drainage, in an aesthetically pleasing way.  His daily on site team was also great to work with. They beautifully executed the plan! We would definitely work with Brandon again!!
